Womb-Man Parenting™ & Mental Reset

A family-strengthening, prevention-focused program that supports parents, caregivers, and teen parents in developing healthier relationships with themselves and their children.

Target Population
Parents, caregivers, grandparents raising grandchildren, kinship caregivers, teen parents
Program Format
Five-session cohort offered evenings and weekends. Minimum three sessions in-person; up to two virtual for accessibility.

Program Overview

Through interactive discussions, guided self-reflection, practical parenting strategies, and mindset development, participants explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, beliefs, behaviors, habits, and parenting practices.

Grounded in the principles of self-governance, emotional intelligence, and personal responsibility, the program recognizes that lasting change within the family begins with the parent or caregiver.

As a Credible Transformational Life Coach and Credible Messenger, the facilitator provides a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach that empowers parents to be active participants in the change they want to see within themselves, their families, and their communities.
