Program Overview
Discover ME is a prevention-focused youth-development program grounded in evidence-informed Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies and trauma-informed youth-development principles.
The program provides participants with practical tools to improve self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication, personal responsibility, and positive social engagement.
Activities include interactive learning, guided discussions, experiential exercises, role-playing scenarios, and reflective practices — all designed to build a winning self-image and durable life skills.
