Program Overview

This program emphasizes self-worth, personal responsibility, emotional intelligence, communication, and healthy relationship practices as protective factors against violence, exploitation, coercion, and risky sexual behaviors.

Participants gain practical tools to navigate peer influence, establish personal boundaries, communicate effectively, and understand sexual-health risks and prevention strategies.

The design is age-appropriate, respectful, and confidential.
